Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Subject of the services

Fleeteze provides financial consulting services, including but not limited to: operational budget management courses, factoring solutions for carriers, and fuel efficiency audits. All services are provided on a consultancy basis and do not constitute a guarantee of specific financial results.

2. Rights and obligations of the parties

The Provider (Fleeteze) undertakes to:

• Provide professional services, in accordance with the agreed description.
• Maintain the confidentiality of the Client's financial and operational information.
• Present recommendations and analyses based on the data and information provided by the Client.

The Client undertakes to:

• Provide complete, accurate, and verifiable information necessary for the provision of services.
• Pay the agreed fees for the requested and received services.
• Use the recommendations and materials provided solely for the purpose of managing their own operations.

3. Limitation of liability

Fleeteze assumes no liability for business decisions made by the Client based on the consultancy provided. Our recommendations are informational in nature and do not replace personalized legal or financial advice. The total liability of Fleeteze is limited to the value of the services paid by the Client for the respective consultancy.

4. Payment and refund conditions

Payment for consulting services is made according to the issued invoice. Fees for courses, audits, or factoring solutions are communicated in advance and can be consulted on the services page. Refunds are only possible for services not rendered, within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with applicable legislation.

5. Termination of use

The Client may cease using the consulting services at any time. Fleeteze reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services in case of violation of these terms, non-payment of invoices, or intentional provision of false information.

6. Modification of terms

These terms and conditions may be updated periodically. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the services after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of them.
